A Night of Scents + Sound Join us for a  self-care experience at Blend Candle Co where  you will create a personal fragrance and enjoy a relaxing south bath July 17th 7-9PM.

Kick off your experience with refreshing complimentary summer mock-tails— the perfect way to set the mood for a moment of creativity and self-care. Then, dive into the art of scent as you craft your very own personalized perfume roll on using Blend Candle Co.’s gorgeous, non-toxic + essential fragrance oils.

You’ll choose from our curated selection of scents from grounding florals to bright, and energizing citrus notes. We will help you choose 2-3 complimentary fragrances that reflects your mood and vibe to personalize your custom blend.

Then, melt into stillness with a deeply relaxing sound bath. You’ll be bathed in the soothing tones of crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, a gong, and more. Sounds that are  designed to quiet your mind, calm your nervous system, and leave you feeling restored.

This is the perfect way to disconnect from the busyness of life, and to treat yourself to an evening of creativity and self-care. Great for a ladies night out or even a gift!

What is a Sound Bath? A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full mind and body meditation experience. The session begins with each person lying down or sitting up, relaxed and eyes closed. With intention, Tracey plays sounds to invite gentle therapeutic and restorative processes in the mind and body. Sound is an anchor to help root and quiet the mind during the session. Crystal and metal bowls, wind chimes,  a gong, and more. Sound baths can help shift your brain waves from the over-thinking loop to a calm, quiet or even a dreamlike state.

What are the benefits of sound baths? In a society that is over-come with stress, sound baths provide many mental and physical benefits. These benefits can include: deep relaxation, relief of stress & tension, a calmer quieter mind, spiritual connection, an increase in emotional well-being & productivity, and better sleep.

What should I bring or wear? Please wear comfortable clothing as this is an evening of relaxation. You will be laying on the floor so please bring any and all personal items such as a yoga mat, sleeping bag, blanket socks, or pillow to help you get into your comfort zone. An eye mask can help, but it isn’t necessary.

More info: Tracey, a former Diabetes Dietitian, has spent the last decade immersing herself in consciousness, meditation and energy healing. For the past three years, her daily meditation practice has not only enriched her spiritual life, but has totally reconditioned her brain and body’s response to stress. Through this powerful tool, Tracey gained a balanced nervous system, emotional stability, and overall wellness. Her passion is to support women in their desire to relieve stress, meditate, and experience a calm mind & body for optimal well-being through the power of sound.

Tracey has completed the 200-hour Sonic Mastery System Sound Healing training course and is certified in Sound Therapy through the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA). She is also certified in 1:1 on-the-body Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) through the Vibrational Sound Association (VSA). She has a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University in Medical Dietetics.
